Loan Approval Authorities

After an application arrives, the administrator or someone they appoint speaks to the applicant. If the applicant passes that first stage, the volunteer responsible for their department is contacted and asked to give final approval. If that teacher or responsible person considers the applicant suitable, they approve it. Where the applicant is well known, or has borrowed before, the administrator may approve directly.
