What is kept, and why
If you have taken a loan, the financial record of it — dates, amounts, category of purpose, repayments — is retained with your name and identifying details removed.
The reason is straightforward: this fund is built from money many people contributed, and every taka has to reconcile in public. Erasing a loan record entirely would leave the fund's published totals wrong. After deletion that record is no longer connected to you — it is only a number in a column.
If you have a loan outstanding: the account cannot be deleted until it is fully repaid. That protects both you and the fund.
Deleting documents only
If you would rather keep your account but remove your NID image and number, say so — once a loan is repaid they are no longer needed.
