Terms for Sponsoring Companies

1. The sponsoring company’s name appears on this website permanently.
2. The company is thanked in a post on the Dan Noy-Dhar Facebook page.
3. For larger sponsorships — ৳50,000 and above — Dan Noy-Dhar will take part in a paid campaign for the company, with the company bearing the cost. It will not promote substandard brands or products under any circumstances.
4. Advertising on the official website is arranged according to the contribution and the agreement.
5. Sponsorship is refused from any company that knowingly makes unlawful products or deceives its customers or the public, and no promotion of them will be undertaken.
6. The minimum sponsorship is ৳20,000. An owner, representative or employee of a company may instead give any amount from ৳3,000 as a personal loan or donation — that is recorded as a contribution in their own name, not as company sponsorship.
7. Anything above ৳20,000 counts as sponsorship, and the promotional arrangement is agreed company by company according to the amount.
8. Although all accounts are kept on this website, a sponsoring company may of course verify for itself that the money is being used properly.

These terms may be changed, extended or withdrawn by decision of the committee or the founder, as the running of Dan Noy-Dhar requires.
